NAPNAP Pediatric Essentials Micro-credential is a competency-based pediatric education program designed for registered nurses and health care providers worldwide. Through accessible, online pediatric training, learners build foundational knowledge in child health, evidence-based practice and pediatric care across diverse health care settings.

Developed by pediatric nursing experts and aligned with global competency standards, this professional credential combines structured learning with validated assessments to recognize achievement and support career advancement.

Participants complete four online learning modules and competency-based assessments to earn a digitally verifiable NAPNAP Pediatric Essentials Micro-credential. The program supports continuing professional development, strengthens the pediatric workforce and expands access to high-quality pediatric education for nurses and others around the world.
