Micro-credential for Early Adopters
Welcome to the inaugural NAPNAP Pediatric Essentials Micro-credential Early Adopter Cohort!
The NAPNAP Pediatric Essentials Micro-credential is an innovative professional development program designed to strengthen pediatric nursing knowledge, enhance clinical confidence, and recognize specialized competency in caring for infants, children, adolescents, and their families. Developed with input from globally recognized pediatric nursing experts, this evidence-informed program provides learners with practical, clinically relevant education that can be applied across a variety of pediatric care settings.
As an Early Adopter, you are among the first learners worldwide to participate in this program and earn the NAPNAP Pediatric Essentials Micro-credential. Your participation will also help shape the future of this credential by providing valuable feedback that supports continuous program improvement.
The curriculum consists of four comprehensive modules that build foundational pediatric knowledge while strengthening assessment, clinical decision-making, and the integration of developmental, social, and emotional considerations into pediatric care. Each module includes interactive learning activities followed by a competency assessment.
We are excited to have you join this inaugural cohort and look forward to supporting you throughout your learning journey as you advance your pediatric nursing knowledge and professional development.
